I liked the composition of these vitamins. I was searching for a replacement for the discontinued teenage vitamins, and these fit perfectly. We’ve taken vitamin D throughout the winter, and in the past six months, not a single cold, especially at such a hectic time! I believe that vitamins perfectly complement the meagre diet of my very picky teenager.

I am a huge fan of these vitamins. I have been taking them for about six months and have had no seasonal allergy flare-ups. Anytime I feel a cold or allergies coming on, I ensure I take these consistently, and it goes away.
